Welcome to Veronica Swanson Beard's amazing apartment in Greenwich Village. I found those pictures at Harper's Bazaar, but to be honest, I had no idea who Veronica Swanson is. Now I know - she is a designer. Well, I like her place, especially those huge candle lamps and pastel blue walls. Here you go - take a look.

Book lover
I am a book lover. I can spend an entire day only with a book, cup of white tea and few pillows around. I'm addicted to books, I read a lot, I read at least 3 books at the same time, I spend fortune on books, I'm writing a book right now, I prefer spend my money on books than on clothes, for me books are the best medicine for anything, including depression. Well, hope you got my point.

Let me introduce ... Aris Moore
" I hope to travel between the spaces of known and unknown, between adulthood and childhood to create an experience that is revealing, but not revealed. I want my figures to exist in a realm that is between what is seen and what is felt, between what is presented and what lies underneath. I want an ambiguity that makes the content less controlled: a figure with a smile that is taken at face value by some and is questioned by others; or figures that hold each other, and to some reveal comfort and to some control. Ultimately, the space between the question and the answer: between the occurrence and its recollection; between one’s truth and that of another; are the spaces that I am most interested in. The questions are far more interesting than the answers and remain constant, while the answers change over time." Aris Moore
And something a bit scary (well, I got scared when I first saw those illustrations)

Miniature Books
I am so proud and excited about my latest discovery through etsy. I am old enough to like fairy tales or any kind children's stories. I used to collect kid's books with beautiful images and illustrations. My admiration towards illustrations for children has its source in a fact, that as a child I was told a lot of stories and fantasies by my gradma and my dad. I didn't have too much books, but I had imagination in a 3D. This is what I really miss in my life - my childhood and my bedtime stories :)
